Grape: Arinto 100%

Winemaking & Aging: Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting notes & Pairing: A pure expression of Arinto grape. Bright yellow in color, tropical fruit, and citrus on the nose. Fruity palate with good structure and a salty touch. Savory and extremely refreshing. We paired it with local Serra da Estrela cheese, but it will be good with any fresh salad, grilled white fish or roasted chicken.
